Student nabbed in child porn case
A federal grand jury has indicted Christopher Andrew Piasecki, 20, of Illinois, for possessing images on his computer of children engaging in sexually explicit conduct in February 2007 while he was a student at Jacksonville University.
Piasecki is charged with possession of materials containing visual depictions of child pornography that were transported in interstate and foreign commerce.
If convicted, Piasecki faces a maximum penalty of up to 10 years in prison, a $250,000 fine and up to three years probation.
